Question : How to add domain into DNS server?
After adding domain within your hosting panel, you need to add your domain into DNS server manually. Here is how to do it. Please keep in mind, you need to use our default name server in order to made some modification in our DNS server.
Login to your DNS server. Chek login details within your email.
After logged in, click Add new domain with green bar in-it.
Input your domain (without www). For example: mydomain.test.
You will see IP address field that automatically inputted as it is your hosting IP address. Click Add. You will see a message : Domain mydomain.test has been created successfully.
- In this part, your domain has been added into DNS server but still using original hosting IP address and not protected by our CDN server but it is able to be accessed.
- Please keep in mind, you need inform us in advance so we can activate it within our CDN server. Becaus it needs to be updated manually. You can notify us by create a topic on Community Support.
